Notice is hereby given that the above named Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on November 10th, 2026, at the Angelina County Courthouse Annex, 211 E. Shepherd Ave., Lufkin, TX to hear public comments and consider action concerning the amount of the mandatory provider participation payments that the Angelina County Commissioners Court intends to require of all local nonpublic hospitals in fiscal year (FY) 2027 and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent.
